Check the local weather before you embark on your tour for suitable clothing, however it's always best to wear comfortable shoes as some of the tours require walking on dirt paths. Bottled water is provided on board the vehicle, but feel free to bring your own bottle. Some tours like the Dolly Steamboat require cash for food and beverage purchases. Bring sun protective gear like hats and sunglasses. 

For excursions on the Mercedes Sprinter passenger and limo vans, you may bring and consume alcoholic beverages on board. For the Cadillac Escalade there is no alcohol permitted.  

Tour prices are based on an hourly rate, which depends on the vehicle chosen. In addition to the calculated hourly rate for the vehicle and driver, there is a fuel charge and transaction fee that is also included in the final tour price. 

Contact us ahead of time or after booking if you would like to add hours onto your tour. You will be charged the base price of the tour and additional hours will be charged as a separate transaction fee. You can add hours on to your tour either before departure or during your excursion if you want more time, just let your driver know.  

Once you decide to book your tour, you will be taken to Bokun's website, a booking platform owned and operated by Trip Advisor where you can explore additional details of the tour, be able to add notes for pickup/dropoff locations, and submit payment for the tour. 

You may customize your tour to create a family fun and friendly experience. The tour will be alcohol-free with no wine or other alcoholic beverages permitted on board the vehicle. 

We have a standard refund / cancellation policy that is used by Trip Advisor. If you cancel your excursion 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. There is no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours, however you will have the option to reschedule your tour. Tours are rain or shine, however in the event that Haunted Wine Tours needs to cancel your trip, you will be given a full refund or the option to reschedule.
